CriticalArc will launch version 2 of the SafeZone API (APIv2) in Q1 2027. When APIv2 launches, APIv1 enters end of life support. APIv1 then gets security fixes only for 12 months and is then retired. Do not start a new integration on APIv1 after end of life support begins. APIv1 endpoints that are not consumed at the beggining of end of life support may be retired early based on usage metrics and as needed to ensure stability and security of the solution.
